Landshark Poker Notables: Easiest Bonus to Clear, Soft Competition
Deposit at Landshark Poker and receive a 100% match on your first deposit up to $200. It is not a huge bonus but it is easy to clear. At Landshark Poker you earn 1 dollar of your bonus for every $1.50 paid in fees making it very easy to clear.
You have 30 days to clear your bonus, and the bonus is released in 4 equal parts as you earn it.
Landshark Poker was established in 2005 and is licensed in Malta. The site runs on the Everleaf Gaming poker network and support is available through e-mail and LIVE Chat.
Sign up at Landshark Poker and experience some of the easiest competition of any USA Internet Poker site. Take down big pots with opponents holding on to top pair or chasing to the river. Cash ring games up to $2/$4 are really juicy.
Landshark Poker also offers Step's tournaments and small buy in multi table tournaments. We don't recommend Landshark Poker for tournaments, but if you play cash ring games you can cash in on the inexperienced play of others.

The customer service staff may be reached by live chat or e-mail. During our Landshark Poker review, e-mails were generally answered within 12 hours and the support staff was knowledgeable and the answers were thorough. The Live Chat feature is the best way to take care of any questions.
The Landshark Poker bonus is not huge, a 100% match of your first deposit up to $200 but it is easy to earn. To clear the bonus you must earn 15 x's the bonus amount in poker points. You have 30 days to clear the bonus, and bonus is released in four equal parts as you earn it.
To earn poker points you must play tournaments and cash ring games. Earn 1 poker point for every 10 cents paid in tournament fees and rake contributed in cash games. Poker points are easy to earn especially as you progress up the blind level in cash games. Doing the math, you would only need to earn 3,000 poker points which equates to spending $300 to clear the $200 bonus.
Poker4ever offers NL and PL Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, and 7 Card Stud.
Tournaments are offered 10, 6 and 2 seated but only offered in NL Texas Hold'em. There are regular and speed tournaments offered from $.10 up to $500.
A great feature at Landshark Poker is the "Steps" tournaments which are a great money management tool. In "Steps" tournaments you buy in with a very low amount and progress through several levels (generally 5-6) to win the ultimate prize. Landshark Poker offers these tournaments for land based events as well as "Grab a Grand" where the top prize pays $1000 with the first step having a buy in of a mere $.50+.05. The great thing about the "Steps" tournaments is you can buy in at any level and as you progress more finishing places pay. You can win either a voucher for the next level, a voucher for the same level, a voucher to go back a level or a cash prize. Again these "Steps" tournaments are a great poker money management tool, where you can play for very little for quite some time and cash a great prize.
If you like big multi table tournaments look elsewhere, the tournaments are getting better but you won't find huge money here.
Deposit at Landshark Poker with Credit Cards, Western Union, MoneyLineWallet and PIC Club. Credit Cards actually work pretty well here and MoneyLineWallet allows you to deposit with an eCheck.
Withdraws can be processed by PIC Club, MoneyLineWallet and Western Union. Withdraws are always processed within 48 hours, but many times it takes less than 1 day.
Landshark Poker does need to pick up a little site traffic but with the exit of the bigger poker rooms this is happening. In cash games NL Hold'em can be found up to $25/$50. We have always found at least several $2/$4 tables for NL and PL Hold'em. Omaha games can be tough to find, but again this is improving as more players move here.
Soft! We have taken some great pots down with mediocre cards. It seems a lot of bluffing goes on here even at higher stakes. Well is it bluffing or inexperience? Expect guys to stay in with top pair. If you can keep your cool getting beat on a draw here and there, money can be made.
